Use this form to secure exhibit space for the 2027 VAAEYC Annual Conference. 

Booth reservation process: 

  1. Complete this form, selecting the size booth you wish to reserve and pay a 50% deposit. 
  2. Once the floor plan is completed, you will be notified by email when it is your turn to select your actual booth space. The space assignments will go in the order of when the deposits are received by VAAEYC. 
  3. Once space assignments open up and you are notified, you will have no more than two business days to make your booth selection before selections are opened up to the next in line. 
  4. The booth selection and payment of the balance will take place in Conference Tracker and you will receive instructions for how to complete the process. Your deposit will be applied to the booth price when you make your space selection.

    To be eligible to display in the Local Merchant Marketplace, vendors must sell to individuals, not B2B, and your products or services should be unrelated to the early childhood education industry. Examples include jewelry, clothing, cookware, skincare, housewares and makeup.
